Gurgaon: A 50-year-old security guard was found dead in the Farrukhnagar area on Tuesday morning, a day after he went missing on what was reportedly his first day at work.The deceased, Jaipal, a resident of the area, was employed at an under-construction plot in Mohammadpur village by the local sarpanch.According to police, Jaipal’s family lodged a missing person complaint after he failed to return home on Monday. A search operation was launched, and his body was found in the bushes along Wazirpur Road near the Mohammadpur bus stand on Tuesday morning.Police said there were no visible external injuries on the body. However, sources claimed that injury marks were found on his stomach.The body has been sent for a post-mortem. Police are also analysing CCTV footage from the surrounding area. The investigators are examining all possible angles, including whether it’s a case of an accident or suicide or if there has been some foul play.
