Trilegal advised Axonwise (Sarvam AI) and its founders on its latest fundraise at a USD 300 million valuation through the issuance of Series B compulsorily convertible preference shares. The series B round is being led by HCL Technologies and Bessemer Ventures Partners, with participation from existing investors Peak XV and Khosla Ventures. Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and Talwar Thakore & Associates have advised Bessemer Venture Partners and HCL Technologies respectively on this transaction.
Sarvam builds across the AI stack – training and inference infrastructure, frontier model research, and a go-to-market motion spanning enterprises, developers, and government.
The investment will fund Sarvam’s continued research on training its next frontier model for agentic, coding, and cybersecurity use-cases, as well as access to compute at scale to expand its forward-deployed motion across key verticals.
