Barkatullah University‘s acting vice-chancellor Vivek Sharma resigned on Thursday. Madhya Pradesh Governor and Chancellor Mangubhai Patel has handed interim charge of the university to Anupam Rajan, additional chief secretary of the higher education department.
Vivek Sharma, who was serving as the acting vice-chancellor of Barkatullah University, submitted his resignation on Thursday. This development marks a significant change in the university’s leadership.
Following Sharma’s resignation, the responsibility of the university has been transferred. Governor and chancellor Mangubhai Patel has appointed Anupam Rajan to oversee the institution.
Anupam Rajan is the additional chief secretary of the higher education department. His appointment signifies a move to ensure continuity in the university’s operations.
