Reliance Communications Limited (RCOM) on Wednesday informed stock exchanges that Reliance Communications (U.K.) Limited, a foreign step-down subsidiary, has been dissolved, according to records maintained by Companies House, the official registrar of companies in the United Kingdom.
In a regulatory filing to BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd., the company said the dissolution came to light during a routine compliance review of publicly available records on the UK registrar’s website. The subsidiary’s status has been reflected as “dissolved” with effect from June 9, 2026.
“As part of a routine compliance review conducted by the company on the records available on the official website of Companies House, United Kingdom, it has come to our notice that the status of Reliance Communications (U.K.) Limited, a foreign step-down subsidiary of Reliance Communications Limited (“RCOM”), has been reflected as “Dissolved” on the records maintained by Companies House, United Kingdom,” Reliance Communications said in its exchange filing.
RCOM said it is currently examining the implications and any further actions required in relation to the dissolution. The company clarified that there is no financial or operational impact on the listed entity arising from the development.
