The group met MS Subbulakshmi’s family at a temple as the team marked an important moment in the film’s journey.The makers described the meeting as a moment filled with “love, respect and gratitude” and expressed their appreciation to MS Subbulakshmi’s family for their unconditional support for the project.The exact location of the temple has not been officially confirmed. Following the release of the video, some social media users speculated that the meeting may have taken place at a temple in Chennai, while others suggested Madurai, a city closely associated with MS Subbulakshmi’s early life. However, the makers have not clarified the location.

Actor Kamal Haasan attended the launch and gave the first clap, marking the beginning of the biopic’s journey. The launch brought together the key members of the project, with Rashmika stepping into the role of MS Subbulakshmi and the makers unveiling the ambitious pan-Indian production.
