Ranchi: Miscreants allegedly fired at the house of an erstwhile trader, Shiv Kumar Mahto, in the Sukurhuttu area under Kanke police station limits on Sunday morning. Dy SP Amar Pandey said, “A case was registered on the basis of a complaint. A live cartridge and an empty cartridge were found inside Mahto’s house. However, there are several aspects that raise suspicion related to the occurrence of the incident. Police are investigating the case from various angles.”
