Ranchi: Three persons were arrested on Wednesday in connection with the theft of cash and valuables worth over Rs 67 lakh from a house in the Ormanjhi area of Ranchi district, police said on Thursday.They added that the accused — Mrityunjaya Kumar (25), Paras Kumar Choudhary (23) and Harpreet Monty (38) — were arrested, and Rs 61,500 stolen cash, the bike used in the crime, and four mobile phones were seized from them. Ormanjhi PS in-charge Sashibhushan Choudhary said, “Superintendent of Police (Rural) Praveen Pushkar formed a special team to solve the case. Police nabbed Mrityunjaya from Kokar and the other two from near BIT Mesra station.”
