Ramgarh: The Ramgarh administration has initiated steps to implement several key development projects, including the proposed medical college at Ghasi Kenke in Chari panchayat under Gola block.Deputy commissioner Rituraj inspected the proposed medical college site and reviewed its location, land availability and infrastructure requirements. He said the site had been identified and directed officials to begin work on basic facilities.He asked the officials concerned to ensure road connectivity and other essential infrastructure at the site. He said all preliminary work should be completed within a fixed timeframe to avoid hurdles during the project’s implementation.Rituraj also inspected the site proposed for a community health centre in Bhuchungdih panchayat under Chitarpur block. After assessing the location and available land, he directed officials to demarcate the plot according to prescribed norms so that construction could begin without any confusion.He asked the departments concerned to coordinate and complete the required formalities at the earliest.The DC also visited the proposed site for wayside amenities along the Chitarpur-Rajrappa main road. He reviewed its connectivity, location and suitability for commuters and directed officials to expedite the project, keeping public convenience in mind.During a visit to the newly constructed residential school in Chitarpur, Rituraj reviewed the drinking water issues and ordered immediate measures to ensure a regular and adequate supply. He also directed officials to provide other basic facilities so that the school could begin functioning soon.Rituraj asked officials to prioritise all procedures related to the project sites and avoid unnecessary delays.Block development officers of Gola and Chitarpur and officials from the departments concerned accompanied the DC.
