We’re looking for a Wholesale Client Relations Coordinator to join our team in-office.
At Ramassia, we partner with a network of independent optical boutiques across North America. This role is central to supporting our accounts and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across orders, returns, and communications.
What You’ll Do
- Manage communication with retail accounts
- Manage communications with our teams in France and Belgium
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams
- Support sales ambassadors with account needs
- Assist with internal tracking and documentation
What We’re Looking For

- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Positive, team-oriented personality
- Ability to remain composed and organized under pressure
- Collaborative approach and willingness to contribute across teams
- Appreciation for design, culture, and thoughtful client experience
- Customer service or operations experience preferred
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP a plus)
- Working knowledge of Excel (basic data entry and organization)
- In-office availability
Schedule
- Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Weekends off

Compensation: $45,000–$50,000, with flexibility for the right candidate
