Lucknow: Professor in department of physics at Lucknow University, Rajiv Manohar, has been appointed Vice Chancellor of Dr Shyama Prasad Mukherjee University, Ranchi.
Manohar will serve a term of three years from the date he assumes charge.
Manohar also serves as director of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell and is known for research in condensed matter physics, particularly liquid crystals and nanomaterial composites.
He has published more than 400 research papers.
