Nirka Law Advisory (NLA) has inducted Pramita Sen as Partner, tasking her with leading the firm’s Business & Strategy Group and driving its next phase of growth and market expansion.
Sen brings over 15 years of experience across practice development, strategic growth, brand positioning, and professional services management. Before joining NLA, she founded and led WeYou Partners, a consulting platform focused on enabling growth, market visibility, and expansion strategies for boutique professional services firms.
In her new role, Sen will be steering the firm’s growth strategy, strengthening client engagement, deepening industry relationships, and supporting expansion across priority markets and sectors.
The move also aligns with NLA’s continued consolidation as a specialist advisor in the infrastructure, construction, and energy ecosystem, amid rising investment in large-scale infrastructure projects, energy transition initiatives, and complex project development across India. The firm advises developers, EPC contractors, project owners, investors, lenders, and operating companies on project structuring, contracting, claims management, dispute resolution, regulatory issues, and strategic transactions.
Commenting on her appointment, Sen said, “I am excited to join the firm at a time of significant opportunity and growth. As businesses operating in infrastructure, construction, and energy face increasingly complex commercial and regulatory challenges, there is a growing need for advisors who understand both the legal and business dimensions of decision-making.”
Welcoming her to the firm, Dr. Kanika Arora, Founder and Managing Partner, said, “Pramita’s appointment reflects our continued investment in building a firm that is not only recognised for legal excellence but also for delivering strategic value to clients. As we continue to expand our footprint in the infrastructure, construction, and energy sectors, we remain focused on building a practice that is deeply aligned with the industries we serve and the evolving needs of our clients.”
As part of its ongoing expansion, the firm has also welcomed Shrishti Ramchandani and Dishti Sharma as Senior Associates. With the addition of the new hires, NLA has grown to a team of 20 lawyers, further strengthening its capabilities in infrastructure and construction law, project advisory, and dispute resolution.
