Hyderabad: A delegation of tahsildars from Madhya Pradesh visited CM Praja Vani, the Telangana govt’s public grievance redressal platform, and said there were plans to replicate the model in their state. Praising its functioning, the visiting team described it as an inspiration to the nation given its efficiency and transparency. State officials said Friday’s Praja Vani session received 380 applications. So far, 213 sessions have been completed, the govt said.Facilities available for applicants include a help desk, a medical camp and other support services, with officials from various departments addressing the grievances. Authorities said issues related to revenue, housing and other sectors were being resolved through the platform, with positive feedback reported from applicants as well as visiting officials. Praja Vani in-charge G Chinna Reddy said, “The initiative has been a huge success, with a 74% resolution rate. We’re committed to making it more efficient.” State nodal officer Divya Devarajan said: “We’re working to ensure that every application is addressed promptly and effectively. The support from officials and the public has been overwhelming.”
