Patna: Bankipur MLA Prashant Kishor on Friday attacked the state govt over law and order and the alleged rise in synthetic drug abuse, saying a crime-free society was impossible under the current leadership.Referring to the recent firing near IGIMS in Patna, Kishor targeted CM Samrat Choudhary and the govt. “As long as Bihar’s leadership remains in the hands of a person with a criminal mindset, it is dishonest to even imagine a crime-free society. When the head of the govt himself has a criminal disposition, the character of the govt becomes criminal,” he said.Kishor blamed Bihar’s prohibition policy for the spread of synthetic drugs (sukha nasha). “The fake liquor prohibition law in Bihar is the reason synthetic drugs are spreading today and will continue to grow,” he said, recalling his warning about “Udta Bihar”. He said synthetic drugs would reach every household because of the prohibition policy.Kishor also accused Union minister Giriraj Singh of vote-bank politics over his support for Samrat.
