SMIFS, a financial services firm, has appointed Pankaj Adhav as the Head of Human Resources.
“I’m pleased to share that I have joined SMIFS Limited as Head of HR, marking an exciting new chapter,” Adhav shared in a LinkedIn post.
Before joining SMIFS, Adhav was working as Senior Vice President and Head of HR Development at Arihant Capital Markets.
Adhav has about two decades of experience in HR.
Previously, Adhav worked at Yes Securities, 5paisa, Motilal Oswal Financial Services, Anand Rathi Shares & Stock Brokers and Religare Enterprises.
He began his career in 2006 as Senior Executive – Human Resources at Sharekhan.
Adhav holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Organisation Development and Change Management, Organisational Behaviour Studies from Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
