Chennai: S Shankar, secretary of NTK’s state legal wing has quit the party and joined TVK on Friday. In his resignation letter, Shankar thanked NTK chief Seeman for offering him postings in the party as well as ticket to contest in elections. Shankar said he decided to join TVK as the party chief Vijay had shattered the 50 year duopoly of DMK and AIADMK in Tamil Nadu.
