Prayagraj: Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission (UPESSC) has initiated strict measures to make competitive examinations transparent and free of unfair means. Commission chairman Prashant Kumar said zero-tolerance policy will be fully implemented in the upcoming examinations, to ensure sanctity, transparency and fairness. To meet that end, a state-of-the-art integrated control command room has been set up in the commission headquarters, from where all examination centres will be monitored closely.More than two dozen high-quality screens and AI cameras have been set up in the command centre, through which real-time monitoring of the activities of the exam centres can be done.The system will play an important role in making the examination process completely transparent and free of unfair means. Kumar said that besides strengthening the examination system technically, the commission is also adopting a modern monitoring system, so that any irregularity can be identified immediately and necessary action taken. He clarified that strict action will be taken against any irregularities or use of unfair means in the exam.He appealed to the candidates to write the exam with complete honesty and in accordance with the rules and not pay attention to any kind of rumors or misleading information. All necessary arrangements are being ensured by the Commission with transparency and fairness.
