Pune:Following the protests by the villagers and relatives of a three-year-old girl, who was raped and murdered by a 65-year-old man Bhimrao Kamble on Friday, the Pune city police on Tuesday issued orders banning protest and agitations at the Wadgaon Bridge on the Katraj – Dehu road bypass.On Saturday, the villagers and family members of the girl had staged a protest on the bypass, blocking the bypass for over four hours. The city police used mild force to disperse the crowd from the bypass and restored the vehicular movement.The Pune city police on Tuesday evening issued orders banning the protest and agitations at the Wadgaon Bridge on the bypass which connects Mumbai and Bengaluru.The Pune city police will not give any permission for the agitations or protest at the Wadgaon bridge as well as the Wadgaon chowk on the Sinhagad Road.
