Kolkata: Former TMC Panihati MLA Nirmal Ghosh approached Calcutta High Court on Monday seeking protection from arrest. The matter was mentioned before Justice Saugata Bhattacharyya’s bench and is likely to be heard later this week. This comes after Nirmal’s son Tirthankar Ghosh was arrested on Sunday night.
