Aizawl: National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) special rapporteur Sayeed Ahmed Baba on Thursday stressed the need to strengthen the Tele-MANAS helpline in Mizoram for people facing mental health difficulties.He called for wider publicity of the helpline numbers and improved communication between callers and counselors through the helpline to ensure timely assistance to people in distress.Baba made the remarks at a meeting at Keifang tlang in Champhai district.
