NAGPUR: A mysterious fire that broke out early Wednesday morning completely gutted two parked vehicles and damaged two others at a garage in Aradhana Nagar under Wathoda police station limits. The incident was reported at around 6.09 am near Sahil Garage, prompting an immediate response from the Wathoda Fire Station.Three firefighting vehicles, including a fire tender, bowser and a small fire tender, were rushed to the spot. Firefighters managed to bring the blaze under control before it could spread to nearby properties and additional vehicles, saving assets worth an estimated Rs 50 lakh.According to the Fire and Emergency Services Department, two vehicles were completely destroyed, while another vehicle and a scrap vehicle sustained partial damage. The loss has been estimated at around Rs 15 lakh.Officials confirmed that no person was injured in the incident. The garage is owned by Anant Sudhakar Kale. Fire officials have classified the cause of the fire as unknown, and further investigations are underway to determine whether the blaze was accidental or triggered by some other factor. Wathoda police have been informed.
