Prayagraj: Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology (MNNIT) Allahabad’s annual entrepreneurship festival– Udbhav 3.0 — designed to foster entrepreneurial thinking by connecting students and startup enthusiasts with experienced professionals and industry leaders began on Saturday.Held under the aegis of the institution’s Innovation Council, the two-day event brought together aspiring entrepreneurs, industry experts, alumni and innovators, providing a vibrant platform to promote innovation, collaboration and the growing startup culture on campus. The event was attended by dignitaries like Prof Mukul Shukla, president of the institution’s Innovation Council, Prof Mayank Pandey, vice president, and special guest DU Gupta from MSME. A key highlight was the participation of distinguished alumni and industry experts who shared valuable insights into the evolving startup ecosystem. Alok Sharma, an MNNIT alumnus and head of data platforms and security engineering at Meesho, spoke about scaling digital platforms, while Praveen Kumar, an expert in AI and legal technology, discussed practical aspects of building startups in emerging domains. The opening day concluded with a vibrant cultural night featuring a live performance by MNNIT’s Nishad Music Club, capturing the creative and energetic spirit of the campus.
