T’puram: The body of a 43-year-old man who had been missing for two days, was recovered from Ayanthi Kadavu at Thinavila, Kadakkavoor on Saturday.The deceased, Biju of Attingal, had reportedly been living separately from his wife and daughter following family issues. He had gone missing two days ago, following which his relatives and police began a search.According to the police, the preliminary probe suggests that Biju may have died by suicide. The circumstances surrounding his death are being investigated.Fire and rescue personnel, along with the police, recovered the body from the waterbody and shifted it for further procedures. Kadakkavoor Police registered a case and launched a probe.The body was subsequently shifted to MCH, Thiruvananthapuram, for autopsy. After the examination, the body was handed over to his relatives.
