Rourkela: Two bike-borne miscreants allegedly attempted to snatch gold chain from a woman in Civil Township on Sunday night but failed. Raghunathpalli police are verifying the CCTV footage to identify them. On Sunday night, when two women were out on a walk, the miscreants tried to snatch gold chain from one woman but she fell down. Locals informed police.
