Her calming and beautiful vocals defined generations and enriched the golden era of Indian music. Though she may no longer be with us, her timeless songs will continue to live on, touching lives and bringing comfort to listeners across the nation and beyond. May she rest in peace,” the CM wrote on his social media handle.
