Jaipur: Hot cooked meals and snacks at anganwadi centres will now be given only to children whose daily attendance is recorded on the Poshan Tracker, under a new directive from the govt tightening digital compliance in the Purak Poshahar programme.The order was issued Tuesday by Integrated Child Development Services director Vasudev Malawat.“Daily attendance of children aged three to six years at anganwadi centres must be mandatorily recorded on the Poshan Tracker platform. Hot cooked meals and snacks are to be provided only to those children whose attendance has been recorded,” the order said.The directive also said the facial recognition system (FRS) process for new beneficiaries must be completed on the Poshan Tracker app at the time of registration.It mandates that take-home ration for both new and existing beneficiaries be distributed through the FRS, with photo capture and e-KYC.
