New Delhi: MCD is set to deliberate on financial, environmental and civic matters at its House meeting on Monday, with force majeure claims worth several crores and pollution-control measures forming the core of the agenda.Among the key items are two force majeure claims submitted by a toll tax concessionaire in connection with restrictions imposed during the G20 Summit in Sept 2023 and anti-pollution curbs in Nov 2023. It will also take up a proposal aimed at curbing pollution from cremation grounds. TNN
