Rourkela: A man has been arrested by Sector 15 police here on Friday for possessing firecrackers without any licence and have seized different fire crackers worth of about Rs.1.5 lakh from the accused. The arrested man has been identified as Deepak Kumar Sha (28), a resident of Sector-18 Utkal basti here.
