Vadodara: A man working on the bullet train project was allegedly drugged and robbed of his belongings at the railway station in Vadodara.Nitish Yadav, who is from Bihar, lodged a complaint with Government Railway Police (GRP), stating that he was waiting for his train on Wednesday when a man approached him, introduced himself as Jay Tiwari and struck up a conversation.The accused later persuaded Yadav to accompany him for food and took him to a nearby hotel room on the pretext of freshening up. After the meal, Yadav returned to the room, where the accused offered him tea.Shortly after drinking the tea, Yadav felt dizzy and lost consciousness. When he regained his senses hours later, he found himself back at the railway station, with his gold chain, mobile phone and cash missing.Police have registered a case and launched an investigation to trace the accused.
