Madhuri Dixit has sold a commercial office space in Mumbai’s Andheri West for Rs 4.85 crore, nearly 18 years after acquiring the property for Rs 52.5 lakh. The office space was purchased by Frames Production Company Private Limited, with the sale agreement registered on June 23, 2026, as per the documents.Located on the fourth floor of Morya Landmark-II Premises Co-operative Society Ltd in Oshiwara, off Link Road in Andheri West, the commercial unit spans a carpet area of 1,594.24 sq ft. The deal also includes three car parking spaces. The transaction involved a stamp duty payment of ₹29.10 lakh.According to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix, the transaction reflects an impressive appreciation of nearly 824% in the asset’s value. As per the documents, it’s also revealed that Madhuri Dixit had originally purchased the property through an agreement dated May 14, 2008, for ₹52.5 lakh. Based on the latest selling price, the office space witnessed a value increase of approximately 824%, highlighting the long-term growth potential of Mumbai’s commercial real estate market.Madhuri Dixit and Frames Production Company Private Limited were unavailable for comments on the transaction.Interestingly, the actor had also expanded her commercial real estate portfolio earlier this year. In March 2026, Madhuri Dixit leased an office space in Mumbai’s Lower Parel for a five-year period at a total rental value of ₹2.81 crore, according to documents reviewed by Square Yards.The leased office is located at One Lodha Place, Lower Parel, and has a carpet area of 731 sq ft along with one car parking space. The agreement was registered with a stamp duty of ₹72,600 and registration charges of ₹1,000, while the security deposit stood at ₹17 lakh.The five-year lease agreement includes a monthly rent of ₹4.25 lakh for the first year, which will increase by 5% to ₹4.46 lakh in the second year.Over the years, several Bollywood personalities have shown increasing interest in commercial real estate, moving beyond luxury residential properties. Stars such as Hrithik Roshan, Saif Ali Khan, Kartik Aaryan and Madhuri Dixit have invested in office spaces, reflecting a growing trend among celebrities to diversify their portfolios with income-generating commercial assets.
