Bhilwara: Manglawad police in Chittorgarh district seized 505 cartons of illegal liquor and beer worth around Rs 60 lakh from a mini truck during late-night checking Tuesday and arrested the driver.The accused driver was identified as Rinku (25), a resident of Haryana.SP Dharmendra Singh said Manglawad SHO Bhavanishankar and his team were checking vehicles on Manglawad National Highway when they stopped a truck coming from Udaipur and searched its container. Police found 505 cartons of liquor of various brands hidden under old biscuit boxes.Police said the liquor, manufactured in Chandigarh, was allegedly being smuggled from Haryana to Gujarat.
