Eight-year-old operated on for spinal tumourAn eight-year-old girl underwent surgery at GCS Hospital for spinal aneurysmal bone cyst, or ABC, which is considered a rare benign but aggressive lesion that can grow rapidly and compress the spinal cord, leading to severe pain and weakness. She had also started losing strength in her legs. “The spinal condition was found at D11-D12 levels where ABC was located.
