The Asian International Arbitration Centre Court of Arbitration has appointed Kunal Vajani as a Court Member of its newly constituted Court of Arbitration for one year effective January 1, 2026.
With over 20 years of experience, Vajani recently left his position as a joint managing partner at Fox & Mandal to start his independent practice at Chambers of Kunal Vajani. He has also served as a court member India of the ICC International Court of Arbitration in Paris from 2016 to 2024.
Carrying expertise in Indian Law, Common Law and English law as well as holding Rights of Audience before the DIFC Courts, Dubai, Vajani holds expertise in complex commercial and cross-border disputes.
Vajani has been a Court Member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, Paris from 2016 to 2024.
The constitution of the AIAC Court of Arbitration under the Presidency of Dato’ Mary Lim Thiam Suan, Former Federal Court Judge of Malaysia, marks an important development, coinciding with the enforcement of the AIAC Suite of Rules 2026, which came into effect on 1st January 2026.
