Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s former Georgia mansion, known as The Manor, has finally changed hands again. The 15,600-square-foot property in Milton sold for $3.67 million on June 30, 2026, according to property records reported by the New York Post. That closes another chapter in the long and unusually public story surrounding the house.

From family home to a troubled property

Zolciak and Biermann bought the mansion in October 2012 for about $880,000, shortly after their wedding. The house became home to their family and was also featured around their reality-TV life. It sits on about 1.78 acres inside the gated Manor Golf & Country Club and overlooks a lake and the golf course’s 18th fairway. The property’s fortunes changed dramatically as the couple’s marriage and finances came under strain. By 2023, they had defaulted on a $1.65 million loan, while their divorce proceedings added another layer of pressure around the house.

A mansion built for entertaining

The Manor was never an ordinary suburban house. The brick-and-stone estate has seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, along with a grand two-story foyer, curved staircases and a large chef’s kitchen with custom cabinetry and premium appliances. Its lower level is where the house becomes particularly distinctive. There is a 500-bottle wine cellar, billiards area, arcade, home theater, bar and gym with a massage room. A separate guest area and space above the garage also offered room for visitors, work or staff.Outside, the property has a heated pool and spa, outdoor kitchen, sport court and in-ground trampoline. The garage was designed to accommodate as many as eight vehicles.

The price kept falling

The mansion was listed for $6 million in October 2023. That figure proved difficult to achieve, and the asking price was repeatedly reduced. By November 2024, it had fallen to about $3.65 million as foreclosure proceedings approached. The property eventually sold for $2.75 million in December 2024, shortly before a scheduled foreclosure auction. The new owners later put it back on the market in February 2026 for $4.65 million. That price was also reduced several times before the June sale at $3.67 million.

The house had one final chapter

Selling the property did not immediately end the drama. After the 2024 sale, Zolciak and Biermann remained at the mansion, and US Marshals removed them from the property on April 8, 2025, according to court documents.Zolciak later said she had moved into a smaller Georgia home. The Manor, meanwhile, has now moved on to another owner.

Why The Manor still stands out

The interesting part of The Manor is not simply its size or celebrity connection. It shows how a luxury home can carry two very different stories at once. On paper, it is an impressive family estate packed with spaces designed for comfort and entertainment. But its recent history shows that even a spectacular house can become a difficult financial asset when circumstances change.Disclaimer: This article is based on publicly available property records and reports from established media outlets.
