Kanpur: KDMA edged past Kanpur Cricketers Club by one wicket to lift the V-Guard Trophy in the third Surendra Singh Memorial T-20 cricket tournament at Kanpur South Ground on Friday.Kanpur Cricketers Club, batting first, scored 139 in 20 overs. Sunil Tripathi was the highest scorer with 29 runs. In reply, KDMA scored 145 for nine and won the match.Sudhanshu Chaurasia of KDMA walked away with the Player of the Tournament and Best Batsman awards, while Saurabh Singh was adjudged the Best Bowler. GTB Hospital director Deepak Srivastava and V-Guard Industries branch manager S K Seth gave away the trophies.
