Pulwama, Mar 25: Jammu and Kashmir Entrepreneurship Development Institute (JKEDI), Pulwama, on Wednesday inaugurated the eighth batch of its 6-day Management Development Programme (MDP-VIII) under the Raising and Accelerating MSME Performance (RAMP) initiative at its campus in Pampore.
The programme aims to strengthen entrepreneurial skills and promote self-employment opportunities, with a special focus on empowering women.
The event was inaugurated by Range Officer (South Kashmir), JKEDI, Nafia Nazir in presence of District Nodal Officer, JKEDI Pulwama, Raiyees Manzoor. They interacted with the participants and emphasized the critical role of entrepreneurship, skill development, and capacity building in empowering women and stimulating the local economy.
The MDP under RAMP is designed to equip participants with essential knowledge in business management, financial literacy, and enterprise development, enabling them to successfully start and sustain their own ventures.
