Jammu, July 24: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has approved the augmentation of the Grid Station, Kathua, by enhancing its capacity from 3×50 MVA to 4×50 MVA, along with allied infrastructure works, at a cost of Rs 15.22 crore.
The project will strengthen the power transmission network, enhance grid reliability and ensure improved quality of electricity supply to consumers in the area.
