GIRIDIH: A 40-year-old man allegedly hacked his three minor daughters to death in Giridih district of Jharkhand on Monday. The incident happened around 8:30am in Turukdiha village.According to the police official, two of the daughters were six years old, while the third was 17, news agency PTI reported.Jitvahav Oraon, Sadar SDPO, said, “The accused has been arrested for allegedy hacking his three minor daughters to death with a sharp weapon.”He said that the reason behind the crime is yet to be ascertained.The bodies have been sent to a government hospital for post-mortem examination while further investigation in this case is currently underway.(With agency inputs)
