Amritsar: The officiating jathedar of Akal Takht Giani Kuldip Singh Gargaj is on a 3-day visit to Hong Kong where the Sikhs first arrived about 125 years ago and established the Sri Guru Singh Sabha in 1901.Accompanied by his media adviser Jaskaran Singh and others, the jathedar was accorded a warm welcome by the local Sikh sangat and the gurdwara management.During his three-day visit, Giani Gargaj will participate in Gurmat congregations at Gurdwara Khalsa Diwan Sikh Temple Hong Kong, share thoughts with the sangat, and engage in Sikh prachar (preaching) among the local sangat and youth.
