Prerna Wadhwa, head-legal and a senior management personnel, Invenia has resigned from the company, effective August 4, 2026.
In an exchange filing, the company said her last working day will be November 4, 2026, and cited personal reasons for her exit.
Wadhwa holds experience in commercial legal, contract management, legal documentation, research & analysis, legal business advisory, litigation and corporate secretarial.
Before joining Invenia, Wadhwa worked with Bharat Broadband Network, a Government of India undertaking, and with conglomerates including the Avantha Group and Amtek Group.
“During the notice period, I will ensure a smooth transition of my responsibilities,” said Wadhera, in her resignation letter.
STL Networks operates under the brand name Invenia and it is a digital infrastructure services company serving telcos, data center firms and large enterprises across India and the UK.
