Chennai: IIT Madras has invited applications for its two-year executive MBA (EMBA) programme, designed for mid-career working professionals. Offered by the Department of Management Studies (DoMS), the blended programme combines physical and virtual classes on alternate weekends, with the 2027 batch commencing in January.The curriculum integrates business management with technology and innovation, offering exposure to economics of platforms, global business management, cybersecurity and its applications, business models and innovation, social media, internet marketing and emerging areas. The programme aims to help professionals understand how technology is reshaping business models, markets, operations, customer engagement and competitive strategy.Applicants must hold a first-class bachelor’s degree in any discipline and have at least three years of industry experience. Selection will be based on performance in the DoMS entrance examination and a personal interview.Last date to apply is Oct 26.
