This was evident when a heart patient travelling to a hospital in Pitampura got stuck in heavy congestion and needed urgent assistance.A call for help reached Delhi Traffic Police around 8 pm. The congestion was at Mukarba Chowk. Traffic personnel immediately facilitated the way for the ambulance.The staff regulated traffic along the route, including temporarily controlling a carriageway.
