Gold, Silver Rate Today: BSE Sensex adds over 500 points in opening trade, Nifty50 soars above 24,550
Benchmark indices open August on a firm note, extending the positive momentum seen in the previous session. BSE Sensex climbed 551.13 points, or 0.71 per cent, to trade at 78,645.77, while NSE Nifty 50 gained 168.45 points, or 0.69 per cent, to 24,552.05 in early trade.
