Pune: Four passengers travelling in an MSRTC bus sustained injuries after the bus rammed into a stationary private bus at Chakan on Friday morning.Chakan North police registered a case lodged by the bus conductor against the MSRTC bus driver for negligent driving.An officer from Chakan North police said, “Three women passengers and a male passenger sustained minor injuries in the accident. It happened around 10.30am when the bus was travelling from Pune to Nashik. When the bus reached near Talegaon Chowk in Chakan, the driver noticed a private bus halted along the Pune-Nashik highway. When he tried to stop the bus, its brakes failed and it hit the stationary private bus.”
