Charkhi Dadri: Haryana Police have arrested four men for allegedly opening fire near the Kheri Bura village bus stand here, injuring one person in a suspected attempt on his life.The incident occurred around 3 am on the intervening night of Aug 14 and 15. According to police, victim Mandeep and his friend Gaurav were in an SUV when they met acquaintance Tinu Kumar near the bus stand. A white car carrying three young men arrived from Dadri and the occupants stepped out and opened fire, police said. Mandeep sustained injuries and was referred to PGIMS, Rohtak.The arrested accused are Mahabir and Pradeep, both from Sonipat, Yogesh of Kheri Bura and Vikram of Jhajjar. Police recovered two illegal country-made pistols, two live cartridges and the getaway vehicle.Yogesh was remanded to two days in police custody, while the other three were sent to judicial custody.
