Srinagar, March 11: The Meteorological Centre Srinagar today issued a weather forecast for Jammu and Kashmir, predicting erratic weather conditions to prevail till March 19.
According to the forecast, March 11-12 will see light to moderate rain and snow in higher reaches at scattered to many places. The weather is expected to remain generally dry on March 13-14, followed by a spell of light rain and snow in higher reaches on March 15-16.
Temporary traffic disruptions are likely over higher reaches and important passes. Farmers are advised to resume farm operations during March 13-14.
The weather is expected to remain generally cloudy with light rain and snow at isolated to scattered places on March 17-19, before turning generally dry from March 20.
