Bengaluru: Aimed at improving security measures, Railway Protection Force (RPF), Bengaluru division, procured drone cameras for real-time monitoring of crowd movement, railway property and passenger safety.The launch happened after RPF personnel designated for operating the drones underwent specialized training at Karnataka State Police Remote Pilot Training Institute and were certified as drone operators.The newly inducted drone cameras will be deployed at major railway stations and vulnerable locations across Bengaluru division. It is expected to improve crowd management during peak travel periods and special events.
