Jamshedpur: Heavy rain on Friday exposed Jamshedpur’s fragile drainage system, leaving several low-lying areas, major roads and residential colonies under water. Roads were inundated across the city, causing severe inconvenience to motorists and pedestrians. According to the state meteorological department, Jamshedpur received 40 mm of rainfall between 8.30am and 5.30pm on Friday.
