Chennai: PMK president Anbumani Ramadoss alleged the DMK plans to ‘buy victory with money power’ in the assembly polls. At the state general body of the party’s youth wing in Chennai on Tuesday, Anbumani said that despite its plans to use moneypower, DMK will be decimated in the election. “DMK will win only single digit seats,” he said. “NDA alliance under AIADMK leadership will win a minimum of 200 seats. Tamil Nadu seethes in anger against DMK. People of all castes, govt employees, women, and youth feel they were betrayed by chief minister M K Stalin,” he said. Anbumani said Stalin has made 26 fake announcements in the past 45 days. “Five years of the DMK regime delivered nothing. Now, Stalin daily announces schemes like Kalaiñar Kanavu Illam, Anbu Cholai and Padham Padhukappom. The govt has not allotted funds for the scheme. It is a pure drama,” he said. He labelled Stalin as the worst CM of TN post-independence. He said youth revolutions toppled several regimes globally. Such a revolution will happen in TN, he said. He alleged that DMK minister EV Velu was acting like the ‘honorary president’ of the PMK faction headed by party founder S Ramadoss. He also called Ramadoss’ supporter G K Mani “Traitors surround Ayya (Ramadoss). Mani feeds false information to Ayya. The Supreme Court ruled in our favour. Yet, Mani misleads Ayya,” he said. The party’s youth wing passed six resolutions during the meeting including a demand for a CBI probe into 6 lakh crore corruption charges against DMK govt. “TN faces an unprecedented crisis after 78 years of Independence. DMK’s false promises delivered only betrayal. The drug empire thrives while murders, robberies and sexual violence have increased,” said another resolution.
