Patna: DM Thiyagarajan S M on Friday inspected the Khagaul–Naubatpur road flyover construction site at Naubatpur. The project is currently at the foundation stage, with four piles completed. The Bihar State Bridge Construction Corporation aims to finish the structure by 2027. Simultaneously, officials are widening the 10.5km AIIMS–Janipur–Neva road to connect it with the upcoming Patna Ring Road. Both works are part of a larger ₹10,000 crore development plan comprising 32 projects announced by the chief minister. Engineers were instructed to adhere to timelines and ensure proper coordination. The district administration is conducting regular field visits to monitor progress and ease traffic congestion in the region.
