Special Judge Vishal Gogne adjourned the matter to September 10.
The court staff of the judge, who has been transferred from the Rouse Avenue courts to the Dwarka district court as Additional Principal Judge Family Court (APJFC), said that the matter was adjourned.
On October 13 last year, the court framed charges of cheating, criminal conspiracy and offences under sections of the Prevention of Corruption Act against Yadav, his wife Rabri Devi, son Tejashwi Prasad Yadav, and 11 others in a CBI case regarding the alleged IRCTC scam.

The case stems from alleged irregularities in the grant of operational contracts of two Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) hotels to a private firm when Yadav was the Railway minister.
